This Privacy Policy explains what information the Real Estate AI Operator's Toolkit ("the Toolkit," operated by Kaiflux) collects when you visit this site or purchase the Toolkit, how we use it, and who we share it with. By using this site you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Email address: collected either when you start checkout (so we can send your receipt and download link even if checkout isn't finished) or when your purchase completes.
• Purchase information: your order and payment details, collected and processed directly by our checkout provider, Systeme.io. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Technical and advertising data: standard browser/device data and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel events (page views, checkout starts) used to measure and improve our ads. If you arrive from a Meta ad, a click identifier may be attached to your session for this purpose.

2. How We Use Information

• To deliver your purchase: send your receipt and instant-download access link.
• To follow up if you started checkout but didn't finish, by email.
• To measure ad performance and show relevant Kaiflux ads, via Meta Pixel.
• To maintain security and prevent abuse of this site.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following providers to operate this site and fulfill your purchase. Each processes a subset of the data above on our behalf:

4. Data Retention

Checkout-intent email addresses are retained only to send delivery/follow-up emails and are not used for any other purpose. Purchase records are retained by Systeme.io per its own retention practices. You can request deletion at any time, see Section 6.

5. Data Security

Data is stored in our providers' infrastructure and access to it is limited to what's needed to operate this site and fulfill orders. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@kaiflux.io. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Children's Privacy

This site is intended for licensed real estate professionals and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, anyone under 18.

8. International Data Transfers

Our service providers (Cloudflare, Systeme.io, Meta) may process and store data in the United States and other countries. By using this site, you consent to this transfer.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above.
