Real Estate AI Operator's Toolkit by Kaiflux · Effective August 6, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Real Estate AI Operator's Toolkit ("the Toolkit"), a digital prompt library sold by Kaiflux ("Kaiflux," "we," "us"). By purchasing or using the Toolkit, you agree to these Terms.
The Toolkit is a one-time-purchase digital prompt library for licensed real estate professionals, delivered as an instant download after checkout. It is designed for use with third-party AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Claude), which you access separately and are not provided by Kaiflux.
You must be at least 18 years old and purchase the Toolkit for legitimate real estate business purposes.
The Toolkit is sold as a single one-time payment, processed by our checkout provider, Systeme.io, in US dollars. There is no subscription and no recurring charge for the Toolkit itself.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Toolkit's prompts in your own real estate business. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the Toolkit or its prompts, in whole or in part, to any third party.
The Toolkit's prompts are designed to produce accurate, on-voice output when used as instructed, but the actual content is generated by a third-party AI tool you choose to use (such as ChatGPT or Claude), not by Kaiflux. Before publishing or sending any AI-generated content, you are solely responsible for reviewing it against your MLS data, your brokerage's compliance policies, Fair Housing law, and any other applicable regulation in your jurisdiction. Kaiflux is not liable for content you choose to publish without review.
Kaiflux provides drafting tools, not legal advice. Nothing in the Toolkit, on this site, or in any Kaiflux marketing material constitutes legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by your purchase or use of the Toolkit.
Certain prompts include guardrails intended to flag language that commonly creates Fair Housing, fair lending, or advertising-compliance exposure. These guardrails are drafting aids only. Because AI output varies between runs and compliance rules differ by state, MLS, and brokerage, these guardrails do not detect every issue and do not make any output compliant. Kaiflux does not represent or warrant that content produced using the Toolkit complies with the Fair Housing Act, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, state or local fair housing law, MLS rules, advertising-disclosure requirements, or any other regulation.
You remain the final reviewer. You should confirm anything compliance-related with your broker and with your own attorney before publishing or sending. Real estate advertising, fair housing, and lending rules change and vary by jurisdiction, and only a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction can advise you on your specific situation.
You own the content you generate using the Toolkit's prompts. Kaiflux owns the Toolkit itself, including its prompt structures and branding.
Checkout and delivery are handled by Systeme.io. Your use of any AI tool you run the prompts through (ChatGPT, Claude, or others) is governed by that tool's own terms, separate from these Terms.
The Toolkit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaiflux is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business, lost profits, or Fair Housing or other regulatory complaints arising from content you chose to publish without independent review. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Toolkit is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a mandatory law of your own country of residence requires otherwise.
